Bad weather continues to cause games to be called off in August, hopefully the weather will relent in the coming weeks to allow the final matches to be completed.

30th April 2008: Last weekend saw the Firsts go down to a disappointing 38 run loss to Avondale, after travelling with 10 men, Knockharley did brilliantly in the field to restrict Avondale to 118 all out including 4 run outs!, Shoaib 3-18 and Ali Qasar 3-20 were the pick of our bowlers, unfortunately some early season rustiness saw knockharley registering 80 all out in reply, George and the seconds pulled off another sensational win at home to Railway Union 4's, needing 4 runs to win with 3 wickets left an amazing last couple of overs saw Knockharley home by one run!, I am told Grehans junior and senior were heavily involved including a one handed catch of the season contender from Duncan!!!!!!!. Shoaib again contributed well with 47 with the bat. The thirds put in a battling display against Sandyford 4's, Bill Shearer again contributing well with bat and ball. Sandyford 158, Knockharley 143 for 9.
The firsts are away to Clontarf 4's this Sunday and the thirds host Avondale 2's, the seconds have no game this weekend.
A reminder that Subs for this season are now due!, no subs no game!!!!
